The Times Building was once occupied by the Los Angeles Times as its headquarters for Ventura County. It served in that capacity for 20 years. In 2000, the building was completely renovated and upgraded with a new roof, an HVAC system, and parking lot by Affinity Bank. In 2012, the second floor was converted into executive suites and a conference room was added.
